We hired Evidence Solutions on a very contentious DRAM shop / premises case. We had always suspected that Defendants' manipulated certain drink records. It was not until we were able to demonstrate that without full disclosure of the underlying data, the veracity of what Defendants were producing could not be ascertained. After an initial hearing on the issue and Scott's knowledge of the proprietary point-of-sale system, the court ordered the production of the electronic information.
